Minnesota's Statewide Administrative Systems are information systems that allow the state to
conduct business. The MAPS Accounting & Procurement system is developed and supported by
the departments of Minnesota Management & Budget and Administration. SEMA4, the Payroll, Human Resources and Benefits
system is developed & supported by Minnesota Management & Budget. Minnesota Management & Budget's Information Access Data Warehouse provides agency users with a collection
of data for compiling information and generating reports. In addition, the state Biennial Budget,
Capital Budget and Fiscal Notes Tracking Systems are developed and supported by the Minnesota Management & Budget, which also provides Technical Support for all of the systems listed.
