Minnesota's Statewide Administrative Systems are information systems that allow the state to conduct business. The MAPS Accounting & Procurement system is developed and supported by the departments of Minnesota Management & Budget and Administration. SEMA4, the Payroll, Human Resources and Benefits system is developed & supported by Minnesota Management & Budget. Minnesota Management & Budget's Information Access Data Warehouse provides agency users with a collection of data for compiling information and generating reports. In addition, the state Biennial Budget, Capital Budget and Fiscal Notes Tracking Systems are developed and supported by the Minnesota Management & Budget, which also provides Technical Support for all of the systems listed.

This section provides daily application status information about Information Access, MAPS and SEMA4. This page is updated as necessary throughout the business day and is cleared nightly.

Except on State Holidays and unless otherwise noted below, users may assume that applications are available as noted below.

IA Monday - Friday 7:00 A.M. - 7:00 P.M.
MAPS Monday - Friday 6:00 A.M. - 6:00 P.M. (Helpline available from 7:30 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.)
SEMA4 Monday - Thursday 7:00 A.M. - 7:00 P.M. Friday 7:00 A.M. - 5:00 P.M.
